Z&SR Architectural Ventures (ZSR), established in 2006, is an award winning prime architectural consultancy service based in Malaysia. We serve a diverse clientele from both private and public sectors, and manage projects across a wide scale. Our services cover the ranges of individual homes, renovation works, to various urban development proposals. Our outstanding architectural works are the results of working closely with our stakeholders, and holding on to our principles of design. We take pride in our industry relationships, as well as foster our team members to grow in their careers and personal developments through various beneficial and experiential programs.
Ar. Zaini career began in a private practice in California in 1992, shortly followed by lending his skills to a firm upon his return to Malaysia. In 2000, he ventured to his own consultancy, obtaining an architectural registration in 2004 and an interior design registration in 2010. He has since spearheaded Zaini Mufti Architect and subsequently Z&SR Architectural Ventures. An active member of the architectural fraternity, Ar. Zaini has served as an external jury for various Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) Education committee and awards, competition and events. He was chosen as a 2013 Architects Award recipient by the Korean Institute of Architects and participated in the 2014 Venice Architecture Biennale. In ZSR, Ar. Zaini values holistic growth for his team members. He is an alumni of Sekolah Sultan Alam Shah and enjoys tennis in his spare time.
Ar. Syed Mohd Radhi obtained his professional architectural registration in 2005 and subsequently became a registered Interior Designer and Green Building Index (GBI) Facilitator in 2012. With over 25 years of experience in the architectural field, Ar. Syed has served in organizations such as Sheffield Architecture Consultancy Services, and Bansley Metropolitan Borough Council in United Kingdom and Panca Indera Arkitek, the Architectural Network, Bina Struktur Project Management Sdn Bhd. and R.A.M. Architect in Kuala Lumpur. He also coordinates preparatory classes for architectural candidates for the LAM Part 3 architect’s professional examinations. The ZSR Part 3 Study Group has been in operation for 17 years. He also oversees the ZSR Young Architects Class for Part 2 graduates in preparation for industry work. He also actively involved with volunteerism works and currently member of Board of Trustee for NGO Humanitarian Care Malaysia (MyCARE). His varied exposures and experiences put him in good stead for his current responsibilities as Principal of S. M. Radhi Design Practice and Director of ZSR.
